Baseball-Puumat Launches YouTube Channel

Games, Live Streams, and Highlights All in One Place

Baseball-Puumat has launched its own YouTube channel, offering live broadcasts and post-game highlight packages of games featuring Puumat, Hawks, Devils, and Puumat Cubs to fans across Finland and worldwide. The channel, which fills the gap for club games not shown on Ruutu+, has already gained over 100 subscribers and more than 3,600 views.

The visibility of Finnish baseball has taken another step forward as Baseball-Puumat has launched its own YouTube channel. Through the channel, baseball fans can watch live broadcasts of games featuring Puumat, Hawks, Devils, and Puumat Cubs, regardless of where they are in Finland or around the world.

Until now, Superbaseball games have been available through the Ruutu+ streaming service. The new live-streaming initiative covers Puumat club games that are not broadcast on Ruutu+, giving fans even more opportunities to follow Finnish baseball throughout the season.

The goal of the new channel is to make baseball more accessible and to bring the best moments of Finnish baseball to a wider audience. In addition to live game broadcasts, game highlight packages are published after every game, allowing fans to quickly and easily relive the key moments and turning points of each matchup.

The streaming project has gotten off to a promising start. Broadcast quality has been continuously improved, with special attention given to graphics and presenting game action in a viewer-friendly format. A significant milestone has been the integration and automation of live statistics within the broadcasts, providing viewers with real-time game information similar to what is seen in international baseball productions.

The channel has attracted interest from the very beginning. In just a short period of time, the YouTube channel has already gained more than 100 subscribers, and its videos have accumulated over 3,600 views.

These numbers are an encouraging indication that baseball is attracting growing interest in Finland and that there is demand for high-quality baseball content. The channel aims to serve both dedicated baseball enthusiasts and newcomers who want to discover the exciting world of Finnish baseball.

In addition to YouTube, Puumat also shares game highlights on Instagram, where highlight videos provide a quick look at the most exciting and decisive moments from each game.

We welcome all baseball fans to follow the games, support the teams, and be part of the continued growth of baseball in Finland. 📺
